IR Technologist

Position Overview

This role requires an experienced IR Technologist to provide specialized care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will support various interventional procedures and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Schedule Details

• Shift: 10 hours from 0700 to 1730
• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Orientation Schedule: First full week with 16 hours of non-billable orientation

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) required
• Experience in Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP), Structural Heart, Pulmonary Vein (PV), or Vascular procedures
• Experience in Structural Heart procedures is highly preferred, but candidates without this experience will be considered
• New graduates will not be accepted

Licenses and Certifications

• Illinois IEMA certification
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Additional Requirements

• Weekend call rotation is required
• Holiday call rotation is required
• Floating to other areas is required as needed
• Availability for 7-8 days of call per month

Submission Requirements

Credentails must be submitted by the Thursday before the start date.

Payroll Information

Payroll is processed biweekly through Symplr.
