EP Lab Technician

Position Overview

The EP Lab Technician will support the electrophysiology laboratory by performing a range of duties related to patient care and laboratory operations. This role requires knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Unit Information

• Location: Salt Lake City, UT
• Unit: EP Lab
• Number of Labs: 2
• Staff Count: 15
• Patient Ratios: 5-9 cases per day
• Safety Equipment: Philips
• Electronic Medical Records: EPIC

Shift Information

• Shift: Day Shift; 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of EP procedures
• Preferred Skills:
  • Scrubbing and mapping experience
• Required Certifications:
  • RT or CVT or RN and RCES

Dress Code

The dress code consists of navy scrubs, which will be provided.
