Unit Information

The position is located in a free-standing Emergency Room setting.

• Number of Staff: 5 (4 CT/X-ray Technologists and 1 Ultrasound Technician)
• Equipment: GE CT scanner and Diagnostic Radiology room
• Electronic Medical Record: Not specified

Job Description

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT and X-ray studies. Candidates will work primarily in a fast-paced emergency room environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care to patients.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Minimum of 6 months of current experience as a CT Technologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Kansas state Radiologic Technologist license
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a free-standing emergency department
  • Experience as a Radiologic Technologist
