Job Description:

The CVOR Technician will assist the surgical team in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. Responsible for preparing the operating room, instruments, and patients for surgery, and supporting the team during procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms and surgical instruments.
• Assist during cardiac surgeries with strong scrub experience.
• Coordinate with surgical team for optimal patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotations including holidays.

Requirements:

• 2 years of CVOR experience in a level 1 trauma center.
• Previous circulating experience required.
• CST License, BLS Certification.
• Nicotine-free facility compliance.
• Able to float to Bell OR, Cambridge OR, SPD as needed.
