Cath Lab Tech

City/State: Rapid City, South Dakota

Shift: 12 Hour Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description:

Seeking a Cath Lab Tech to work in a facility with 2 Cath labs and 2 Hybrid peripheral/OR settings. The professional must possess expertise with coronary, structural heart, complex PCI, and peripheral cases. Travel candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities:

Perform coronary artery procedures, structural heart, and complex PCI cases
Handle cases involving valvular and renal disease, as well as interventions like Impella and LVAD insertion
Work with RN on a 1:1 patient ratio

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in coronary, complex PCI, and peripheral cases
AA/AAS Degree; BLS, ACLS, RT or equivalent, or RCIS certification required
Proficiency in arrhythmia recognition, treatment, and critical patient assessment skills
Experience with EPIC and Epic Cupid charting systems preferred
