Cath Lab Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. This position requires proficiency in X-ray and the ability to scrub in during catheterization cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a Cath Lab environment.

Shift Information

• Days: Monday to Thursday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call Requirement: 14-15 days per month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray procedures as needed.
• Assist in scrub and X-ray catheterization cases.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Valid Texas Medical Board Radiology Tech License.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a Cath Lab setting.

Additional Information

The work environment includes the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as MedHost and Change Health.

Scrubs will be provided for the duration of employment. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this role.
