Job Description:

This position requires a Cath Lab Technologist to work collaboratively with other team members in a STEMI receiving facility. The role involves assisting with cardiac, coronary, vascular, peripheral, general interventional radiology, and neuro intervention procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing cases with a team of two technologists, where one scrubs and one monitors hemodynamics.
• Work under the guidance of an RN for conscious sedation procedures.
• Collaborate with a possible fourth team member, based on case requirements.
• Rotate on-call duties for inpatient and emergent cases, with weekend call once a month.

Requirements:

• ARRT, BLS, and Fluoroscopy certifications required; RCIS or CCT not accepted.
• Current cath lab experience with skills in conscious and moderate sedation, procedural processes, airway management, and managing cardiac drips such as Integrilin, dopamine, and vasopressors.
