Job Description:

The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The role involves working closely with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac and vascular imaging and intervention procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and be prepared for emergency interventions.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare and maintain the sterilized environment.
• Rotate call duties for inpatient and emergent cases as needed.

Requirements:

• ARRT, BLS Certification, Fluoroscopy
• Current Cath Lab experience with comfort in conscious and moderate sedation.
• Proficient in procedural processes, airway management, and cardiac drips.
• Experience with balloon pumps and a STEMI receiving facility.
