Job Description:
Seeking two Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time positions with a focus on day shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM, five days a week including every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful, individualized care to residents of a small, rural community.
- Adapt to the diverse needs and preferences of residents, especially concerning gender-specific care requests.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Long-Term Care or Nursing Home setting.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
