Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Long-Term Care Nurse to join our team. We are currently seeking experienced individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Key Details

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Primary Shift: 12-night shifts
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Optional Housing: Available in Alabama

Responsibilities

The Long-Term Care Nurse will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to residents, including but not limited to:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring residents’ health and documenting changes in conditions.
• Providing education and support to residents and their families.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
