Job Description:
The OB Tech will assist with patient care in the labor and delivery setting, including preparing the delivery rooms, assisting with procedures, and supporting the nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&E, D&C, tubal ligation, vaginal repair, and hysterectomy procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of delivery rooms.
- Support RNs and surgical staff during patient care and procedures.
Requirements:
- Certified Surgical Tech certification.
- BLS and NRP certifications.
- Experience working in a labor and delivery setting.
