Unit: Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Number of Beds: 4 Operating Rooms + 1 Endoscopy Room

Staffing: 4 Full-Time Registered Nurses, 3 Full-Time Certified Surgical Technologists, 1 PRN Registered Nurse, 1 Call-Only Registered Nurse (Friday-Sunday), 1 Call-Only Certified Surgical Technologist (Friday-Sunday), 2 Environmental Services, 3 Sterile Processing Department Staff

General Information

• Certifications Required: BLS, NBSTA, DORA
• Preferred Experience: Orthopedic Total Joints, Laparoscopic Surgery at level 3 or 4
• Typical Procedures: Various surgical procedures
• Equipment: Stryker
• Electronic Medical Records: Meditech
