Medical Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as necessary.
• Document results and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff as required.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid New Hampshire Medical Technologist license.
• Ability to work holidays as needed.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
