Contract Details

We are seeking a qualified Therapist for a 13-week contract with flexible scheduling options. The candidate may choose between the following work schedules:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Four 10-hour shifts per week

Call Requirements

The therapist will be required to take evening call on the days they are scheduled to work. On average, call-ins occur approximately once every one to two weeks.

This position is located in a critical access facility in City, State.
