• Number of Beds: 854
• Number of Staff: 120
• Day Shift RRT Staff: 15-20 for Adult service lines, 3-4 for NICU/Peds service lines
• Night Shift RRT Staff: 12-16 for Adult service lines, 3-4 for NICU/Peds service lines
• Patient Ratios: 10 – 25
• Type of Equipment: GE R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices
• EMR: Cerner

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care and support to patients with varying needs in critical care and other areas. The therapist will be involved in assessing patient conditions, managing ventilators, administering therapies, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • North Carolina Respiratory License
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Preferred Skills:
  • NRP certification

Work Schedule

Experience Requirements
