Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to best practices and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health, noting any changes in condition and taking appropriate action.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Previous nursing experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This position is available in multiple locations within the region, specifically in City, State.

This role may involve flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, or weekends as required.
