Job Description:

Second verification for hazardous meds, processing of TPN medications, product preparation verification of both non-hazardous and hazardous compounds, compounding of non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications. They will also be ensuring that all regulatory requirements are completed and tracked in MedKeeper (i.e., daily cleans).

Responsibilities:

• Second verification for hazardous medications
• Processing of TPN medications
• Product preparation verification of both non-hazardous and hazardous compounds
• Compounding of non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications
• Ensuring all regulatory requirements are completed and tracked in MedKeeper

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hospital experience
• EPIC experience a plus
• Good clinical experience
• BLS Certification
