Responsibilities:
- Order verification, triaging phone calls from nurses, verifying orders, processing medication messages in Epic, retiming med administrations.
- Responding to codes (helping with med prep), reviewing doses pulled from the carousel to be dispensed to the floors.
- Completing all of the responsibilities listed above for the “Sterile Compounding Pharmacist”.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years hospital experience.
- EPIC experience a plus.
- Good clinical experience.
- BLS Certification.
