Job Description:

The pharmacist will undertake second verification for hazardous medications, processing of TPN medications, and product preparation verification of both non-hazardous and hazardous compounds. This includes compounding of non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications while ensuring all regulatory requirements are completed and tracked in MedKeeper.

Responsibilities:

• Second verification for hazardous medications
• Processing of TPN medications
• Product preparation verification of non-hazardous and hazardous compounds
• Compounding of non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications
• Ensuring regulatory requirements are completed and tracked in MedKeeper

Requirements:

• At least 3 years hospital experience
• EPIC experience is a plus
• Good clinical experience
• BLS Certification
