Job Description:

Order verification, triaging phone calls from nurses, verifying orders, processing medication messages in Epic, retiming med administrations, responding to codes (helping with med prep), reviewing doses pulled from the carousel to be dispensed to the floors. They will also be completing all of the responsibilities listed above for the “Sterile Compounding Pharmacist”.

Responsibilities:

• Order verification
• Triaging phone calls from nurses
• Verifying orders
• Processing medication messages in Epic
• Retiming med administrations
• Responding to codes (helping with med prep)
• Reviewing doses pulled from the carousel to be dispensed to the floors

Requirements:

• At least 3 years hospital experience
• EPIC experience a plus
• Good clinical experience
• BLS Certification
