Job Description:

The pharmacist will work in an outpatient oncology infusion clinic, using Epic to verify orders for oncology medications, answering provider and patient questions on chemotherapy regimens, and checking the work of a technician compounding sterile hazardous and non-hazardous infusions. The role includes therapy/treatment plan entry and review.

Responsibilities:

Use Epic to verify orders for oncology medications
Answer provider and patient questions on chemotherapy regimens
Check work of technician compounding sterile hazardous and non-hazardous infusions
Enter and review therapy/treatment plans in Epic

Requirements:

CO Pharmacist license required, BCOP certification preferred
Oncology experience (>1 year) in a dedicated oncology role (OP clinic or IP specialist)
BLS (AHA) certification
