Job Title: TRAVEL – Pharmacist

City/State: Ogden, Utah

Shift: 12:30-23:00, 10 Hour Mids

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

7 ON 7 OFF Wednesday through Tuesday (7 days in a row).

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations and work with a technician for 5.5 hours out of the 10-hour shift.
• Use Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, BD Pyxis, and VigiLanz for documentation.
• Conduct consult services such as warfarin, vancomycin, TPN, insulin, drug information, and intervention management through VigiLanz software.

Requirements:

• Experience in technician management.
• Proficiency with Pyxis and CIISafe systems.
• BLS/ALS certification preferred but not required.
