Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. This position involves providing pharmaceutical care and ensuring optimal drug therapy outcomes for patients. The role includes interaction with healthcare professionals and offers a collaborative environment aimed at enhancing patient health.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 0730 – 1800
• Overnight on-call: 1800 – 0730, for 6 or 7 nights, aligned with a 2-week pay period
• Work Schedule: 7 on / 7 off

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid pharmacy license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• A minimum of one year of technical experience is preferred.
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is required.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy is required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice is required.
• All necessary licensures and certifications to fulfill the role of a Pharmacist at the state level are required.
