Hospital Pharmacist responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to assigned hospital units. The role involves using Meditech DoseEdge and Pyxis ES systems, adhering to documentation standards, and maintaining active FL Pharmacist License.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting
  • Utilize Meditech DoseEdge and Pyxis ES systems

Requirements:

  • FL Pharmacist License (Active and in good standing)
  • 3 to 5 years of previous hospital experience
  • BLS Certification
