Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Pediatric Cardiac OR team. The nurse will provide care for patients from neonates to adults with congenital anomalies requiring cardiothoracic surgery. Experience in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and Level IV NICU is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for pediatric cardiothoracic surgery patients, including those with congenital anomalies.
• Assist in cardiothoracic procedures such as Tetralogy of Fallot repairs, transposition of great vessels, and open heart valve repairs.
• Float to General OR to assist with cases as needed.
• Participate in call shifts with a 30-minute response time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Peds CVOR experience.
• BLS and PALS certifications; CNOR preferred.
• WA State or compact RN license.
• Preferred skills include IV start, scrubbing, art line, and circulating experience.
